Met up with Rel around 12:30, having slept in some. Wandered around Central for a bit before realising that food somewhere at the Junction was a better idea, so headed there. Ended up eating Pad Thai and having a can of coconut juice.
Headed to his place after that, where chocolate was exchanged, fun was had, and sleep occurred a few hours after meeting up, since we were both fairly sleepy.
Was woken by alarm at 3am, but fooled around/slept in until 4, at which point we had to run to the bus stop because the bus was coming. Took it to Circular Quay and arrived rather early, so we had breakfast at City Extra - 2 muffins for me, pancakes and scrambled eggs for him, and tea for us both. It was spitting rain.
Ended up being slightly late to the 5:30 call (Dawn Chorus was running one more time as an appeal to donate for bushfire victims), but it turned out ok. It didn't rain while we were singing, although there was no real sunrise; too cloudy.
Unfortunately had to part ways with Rel shortly after the performance finished. I hope he got some more sleep. I got some during the church service. Rather embarrassing.
