Everyone made mooncakes today. Lotus paste was provided, and we put a variety of things inside. I put chocolate in mine, and it was quite tasty.
Each family also made one to share with the church, and put a verse inside.
After they were all cooked, those ones were cut apart to share the verse with everyone.
There was also a cake; it was Penny's birthday.
We played with sparklers.
I wanted to leave but the parents were taking a long time to discuss things (probably church history) with the new couple that had shown up.
