1st day of period sucks. Had to go home early from work on the 7th. Spent the next 6-10hrs throwing up whenever I tried to eat or drink anything. Didn't get to sleep until 2am 8th Feb. Consequently ended up getting Thursday off work, because I really didn't think I could take another day in the rather cold lab.
Slept uptil 5 or 6pm on Thursday. Then couldn't get to sleep again until close to 4am on the 9th.
