Went in for a trial of what I'd be doing at work, at the delicatessen next to Coles. Learnt how to use the weighing and cashier machine. I've been given number 15. The manager's name is Belinda, I'll basically be serving customers, cleaning the metal platform thing. My arms are going to get tired; the counter is really high and I can't actually reach the front window; can barely reach the meat in the very front row.
Got assigned Wednesday and Thursday, 11:00-14:00, extra training on the weighing-cashiers. Got paperwork.

Sat in the carpark for a while, waiting for the rain to get lighter, then walked home. Mum was surprised to see me. She was also glad that I had got the job. :)
